This chair is worth its money in my opinion. It collects almost all the adjustments that you may need on a chair.
There a few things that I did not like and that's why it doesn't get excellent from me.
I am thin built so my arms cannot extend sideways that much to reach the armrests sideway. The arm rest go only back and foward, but not sideways. They turn as well left or right but have a fixed width (too large for me).
Unfortunately, this chair as almost all the other ergo chairs will prevent you to get close enough to the desk/keyboard tray. This happens b/c engineer have not understood yet that as long as the elbow is resting you only need a short arm rest that actually make your keyboard more reacheable. (make your arms fall vertical from your shoulders and let your elbow form a 90 degree angle with the forearm, do your wrists fully rest on the desk? or your arm rest are hitting the desk/keyboard tray?)
The back seat angle can be adjusted, however note that although is hydraulic is not rigid, so you will fix it to a position and then when you push with your back on it, it will spring back a little (about 2 inches).
The chair is fairly easy to assemble although a little more instructions wouldn't hurt. Your money is not worth a screwdriver into the box, so get your own and mind that the shipment box weights 65 pound.
Overall a very good chair, no doubt about that. I think it is worth the money if used correctly and it shipped for me in an impressively short time.

I ordered this chair on Sunday night and it was delivered to my home by Tuesday afternoon. Very quick turn around. Simple and easy to assemble.
A real work horse of a chair. This is a chair that is sure to last.
